Sidecar
- 1.5 oz Hugo Rouge VS Cognac
- .75 oz Orange Liqueur (Ex. Cointreau)
- .75 oz fresh lemon juice
- Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake, strain into a sugar rimmed martini glass.
Garnish: Orange or lemon twist, sugar

French Connection
- 1.5 oz Hugo Rouge VS Cognac
- 1 oz Amaretto
Fill a rock glass with ice. Add the Cognac and Amaretto and stir.
Garnish: Brandied Cherry

Vieux Carré
- .75 oz Hugo d’Or XO Cognac
- .75 oz Whiskey
- .75 oz Sweet Vermouth
- .25 oz Benedictine
- Dash of Peychaud’s bitters
- Dash of Angostura bitters
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and stir. Add to a rocks or old fashioned glass and add a large ice cube.
Garnish: Brandied Cherry and/or lemon peel.

Nocino Sour
- 1.5 oz Hugo Rouge VS Cognac
- 1 oz walnut liqueur
- .75 oz fresh lemon juice
- .25 oz simple syrup
- Dash of Angostura bitters
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a rock glass over ice.
Garnish: lemon wheel.

Marguerite
- 1.5 oz Hugo d’Or XO Cognac
- .75 oz Yellow Chartreuse
- .75 oz fresh lemon juice
- Splash of soda water
Stir the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish: lemon twist.

Between the Sheets
- 1 oz Hugo Rouge VS Cognac
- 1 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec
- .75 oz fresh lemon juice
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish: lemon peel.

French Mule
- 2 oz Hugo Rouge VS Cognac
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- Ginger beer
- 4 dashes of bitters
Build in a copper cup over ice.
Garnish: lime wedge.

Paris Sour
- 2 oz Hugo Rouge VS Cognac
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 5 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz Rye Whiskey
- Float of Jammy Red Wine
Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain in a rocks glass with ice. Float red wine.
Garnish: lemon twist.

French Negroni
- 1.5 oz Hugo Rouge VS Cognac
- .5 oz Sweet Vermouth
- .5 oz Campari
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Stir and add to a rocks or old-fashioned glass.
Garnish: Grapefruit peel.

Aztec
- 2 oz Hugo Rouge VS Cognac
- 1 oz Hugo Bleu chocolate
- 1 oz Hugo Bleu Coffee
- 3 dashes Chocolate of Mole bitters
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain in a martini glass.
Garnish: Chocolate shavings.
