Chocolate
Minderaser

  • 2.5 oz Hugo Bleu Chocolate
  • 1.5 oz Hugo Bleu Coffee
  • Soda water

Build over ice in a rocks glass starting with the liqueurs. Float the soda water.

Garnish: 2 mini straws.

Tootsie Roll Sidecar

  • 2 oz Hugo Bleu Chocolate
  • 1 oz Hugo Rouge VS Cognac
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice or sour mix
  • 1 oz fresh orange juice
  • Teaspoon of simple syrup or sugar

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a sugar rimmed martini glass.

Garnish: Lemon twist and chocolate shavings.

Coconut Cream Pie

  • 2.5 oz Hugo Bleu Chocolate
  • .5 oz Peanut butter Whiskey
  • 2 oz Coconut cream

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass.

Garnish: Chocolate candy and coconut shavings.

Nutella Me Crazy

  • 3 oz Hugo Bleu Chocolate
  • 1 oz Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
  • 2 oz cream
  • Nutella

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain in a Nutella rimmed martini glass.

Garnish: Shaved chocolate or pretzel stick.

Chococolada

  • 2 oz Hugo Bleu Chocolate
  • .75 oz of Rum
  • 2 oz Pineapple juice
  • 2 oz Cream of Coconut

Mix all ingredients in a blender with ice and blench. Pour into a pint glass or similar.

Garnish: Orange or pineapple slice.

Espresso Martini

  • 2 oz Hugo Bleu Coffee
  • 2 oz Hugo Rouge VS Cognac
  • 1.5 oz freshly brewed espresso

(add float of Hugo Bleu Chocolate for a Moca martini)

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass.

Garnish: Whipped cream or espresso beans

The Frenchie

  • 2 oz Hugo Bleu Coffee
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1.5 oz cream or whole milk (coconut cream for non-dairy)
  • Splash of Cola

Build over ice in a rock glass starting with liqueur and then cream, top with a splash of cola.

Garnish: None

Biarritz

  • 1.5 oz Hugo Bleu Chocolate
  • 1 oz Hugo Rouge VS Cognac
  • 5 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • .5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2 oz pineapple juice

Build over ice in a rocks or pint glass.

Garnish: Orange or pineapple slice.

The Sun Never Sets

  • 2 oz Hugo Bleu chocolate
  • .5 oz Amaretto
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • 3 dashes simple syrup
  • 1 Egg white

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain in a martini glass.

Garnish: Chocolate shavings.

Chocolate Old Fashioned

  • 1.5 oz Hugo Bleu Coffee
  • .75 oz Rye Whiskey
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 3 dashes Mole or Aztec chocolate bitters

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain in a rocks glass with a large ice cube.

Garnish: Orange peel, or chocolate coated cherry.
