Coconut Cream Pie
- 2.5 ounces Hugo Bleu Chocolate
- 1/2 ounce Peanut butter Whiskey
- 2 ounces Coconut cream
Shake with ice and pour into a Martini glass. Garnish with Almond Joy or other chocolate candy.

Espresso Martini
- 2 ounces Hugo Bleu Coffee
- 2 ounces Hugo Rouge VS Cognac
- 1.5 ounce freshly brewed espresso
Shake with ice and pour into a Martini glass. Garnish with whipped cream.

The Frenchie
- 1.5 ounces Hugo Bleu Coffee
- 1.5 ounces Vodka
- 1.5 ounces Cream
- Splash of Cola
Build over ice in a rock glass.

Tootsie Roll Sidecar
- 2 ounces Hugo Bleu Chocolate
- 1 ounce Hugo Rouge VS Cognac
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice or sour mix
- 1 ounce fresh orange juice
- Teaspoon of simple syrup or sugar
Shake with ice and pour into a Martini glass with a sugar rim. Garnish with lemon twist or chocolate candy.

Nutella Me Crazy
- 3 ounces Hugo Bleu Chocolate
- 1 ounce Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
- 2 ounces cream
- Nutella
- Dash of Peychaud’s bitters
- Dash of Angostura bitters
Spread Nutella on the rim of a Martini glass. Shake with ice and pour. Garnish with a pretzel stick.

Affogato
- 2 ounces Hugo Bleu Chocolate
- 2 ounces Hugo Bleu Coffee
- 1.5 ounce freshly brewed espresso
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Shake Hugo Bleu and espresso with ice and strain into a Martini glass. Add ice cream and garnish with chocolate shavings or coffee beans.

Chococolada
- 2 ounces Hugo Bleu Chocolate
- 8 ounces of ice
- 3/4 ounce of Havana Rum
- 2 ounces Pineapple juice
- 2 ounces Cream of Coconut
Mix all ingredients in a blender and pour into a pint glass or similar. Garnish with a slice or orange or pineapple.
